Pour 1/2 cup liquid egg whites into the warm skillet.
Let the egg whites cook undisturbed for 1–2 minutes until they begin to set around the edges.
Gently stir, fold, or leave them whole—depending on whether you want soft scrambled whites or an omelet-style shape.
Continue cooking for another 1–2 minutes until the egg whites are fully set and no longer runny.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
