Crack 3 eggs and separate the whites into a small bowl.
Whisk the egg whites until they look a little foamy.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
Pour the egg whites into the pan.
Let them cook for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula.
Continue cooking and stirring until the egg whites are firm and no liquid remains.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
