Es mejor de usar arroz marrón para tener mas de la fibra por su cuerpo.

One of the components I love about rice pudding is the creamy texture. Unfortunately this recipe does not hit the mark for me. The rice had such a chewy texture that I had 4 teaspoons , and then threw it away. I know brown rice does have a chewy texture and I enjoy it normally. I think trying regular brown rice, cooked, could make a smoother texture.
No, I don’t recommend

Would this work with non-dairy milk? I've always loved rice pudding but am avoiding dairy. Thanks.

This turned out perfect. I left out the cloves because I find the flavor too strong but would recommend the recipe
