Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and cover a sheet pan with parchment paper. In a small saucepan over medium high heat, whisk together maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, and cayenne. 

  2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat immediately. 

  3. Fold the peanuts and sesame seeds into the maple syrup mixture and spread evenly on the sheet pan. 

  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown. 

  5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and allow the peanuts to cool. 

  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
