Serve this grain side dish alongside some baked fish or roasted chicken. Add a side of steamed or roasted veggies and you’ve got a tasty balanced meal!
In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add couscous. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes and fluff with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients. Toss gently to coat.
