Zest and juice lime into a small bowl and set aside.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add oil and swirl to coat the bottom. Add the onion and cook, stirring often, until soft and golden, 2–3 minutes.
Crumble the tofu with your fingers into the skillet. Add lime mixture, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook, stirring often, until tofu turns golden brown and veggies soften, 8–10 minutes.
