In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and sausage until browned.
Place greens, cannellini beans, and onions in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and black pepper together. Drizzle over the salad and toss to coat the greens. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
