Very Good

Used a regular egg.Was very moist and tasty. Not to heavy, very light texture. Very easy recipe to follow. Will definitely make again.

Very Tasty but...Crumbly?

The recipe came out very well, it was super delicious. I just need to know if others that have thad this had a problem with the meatloaf "crumbling" apart. I wonder if it was the type of ground turkey meat I used: which was the 90lean/10fat. I used olive oil mayo as the egg substitute and yellow onion instead of a white onion, seems to taste sweeter to me. My husband (who isn't diabetic) said "there's no way this tasty meatloaf is healthy". I will definitely make this again, but with a different percentage turkey meat and maybe add an egg. Hopefully someone can tell me how to not have crumbly meatloaf.
Didn't get a photo before we started to dig in

This was delicious. I used a regular egg but I really enjoyed it, even came out better than my regular beef meatloaf. This was my first time using a recipe from this site. I have high hopes now.
