This meatloaf was very good, I was very pleased. Other reviews mention this recipe to be crumbly, but I did not find it so. I will admit I made 1.5 times the recipes for family dinner while planning on leftovers, and with no egg substitute I just used 2 whole eggs. I also used steel cut oats so that may have held it together better as well. Overall, happy to say I'll keep this in the rotation

Just Okay
The texture was very crumbly. Everyone in my household said it was bland. If I make it again I will blitz the oatmeal in the blender to see if it makes the loaf hold together better. I will also add additional seasoning to the mix. It is a good basic recipe though.
