How to Make Air Fryer Smoky Herb Chicken Tenders

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F, or an oven to 420 degrees F

  2. Combine paprika, cumin, dried oregano, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. 

  3. Lightly spray the tenders with oil, then rub the spice mixture all over the chicken. For best results, let it marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge. 

  4. Add the chicken to an air fryer basket or a baking tray (lined with parchment or foil). 

  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes or bake for 16–20 minutes until the chicken is 165 degrees F internally.
