Use mini naan bread to make these simple personal pizzas. Lightly toasted and topped with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and onions, they are an easy weekend lunch.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place naan bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes, until lightly toasted.
Remove from oven and cover each bread with 2 tbsp tomato sauce and a few slices of cheese. Return to the oven for 2 minutes, or just until the cheese starts to melt.
Place each pizza on a plate and top with 3 olive halves and fresh basil.
