Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the canned pumpkin purée, sliced banana, almond milk, almond butter, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract. 

  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.  

  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated. Serve immediately.
