Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Place olive oil in large sauté pan or skillet. Add beef, onions, and garlic and cook until beef is browned. 

  2. Add vegetables and the seasoning, and mix well. Add the noodles and mix well. Add the broth and enough water to cover everything.

  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until noodles are tender, approximately 15 minutes.

I made this today & my family loved it. However, too much liquid is left over after the noodles are done. What if the noodles are cooked separately, then added to the veggies with beef broth added a little at a time? That way the whole skillet isn't soup. It's something to experiment with.
All of us enjoyed this very much & it was fast to prepare.
