Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Combine the flour, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, 1/4 Tsp of the salt and black pepper in a shallow pie pan. Coat the pork chops evenly on both sides.

  2. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center with an internal temperature of 145°F.

  3. Prepare asparagus according to package directions. 

  4. Sprinkle with the diced tomatoes and remaining 1/8 Tsp salt.
