Herbed Bread Stuffing

This thanksgiving classic gets a healthier makeover with a few small adjustments. First, we use heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil instead of butter, and stick with just 2 tablespoons. Finally, to build your diabetes-friendly Thanksgiving plate, be sure to watch your portion sizes! To make things easier, you can prepare everything a day in advance, and bake just before serving.
