Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
With paper towel, pat chickpeas until completely dry. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Spread into an even layer.
Bake for 35–45 minutes or until dry. Cool to room temperature.
In a bowl, combine spice blend and Splenda Stevia Sweetener. Add roasted chickpeas and toss to coat well. Let dry overnight.
