Sheet pan dinners are quick and easy meals without a lot of clean up. This Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus version is ready to eat in 20 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and asparagus. Add olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the shrimp and asparagus are evenly coated.
Spread the shrimp and asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 8–10 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque and the asparagus is tender but still crisp.
