Who said desserts can’t be grilled? Try dressing up this simple dish by garnishing it with some fresh mint leaves.
Cut peaches in half and remove the seed. Place peach halves in a resealable plastic bag.
Mix the lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the peaches in the bag. Seal the bag and turn to coat the peaches.
Preheat grill to medium high. Cook for 4–5 minutes, turning once, until golden brown on the outside, and just warmed through inside.
