Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.  

  2. Evenly spread cottage cheese on each tortilla.  

  3. Distribute cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and bell peppers over the cottage cheese.  

  4. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.  

  5. Season with salt and pepper.  

  6. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly to create wraps.
