Step-By-Step Instructions:
In a large skillet over high heat, heat the oil until it’s hot. Sauté the tomatoes for 4 to 5 minutes, or until their skins begin to brown and blister.
Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar substitute and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken. Serve hot or at room temperature.
