Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together clementine juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, and black pepper. Place the chicken tenderloins in a large plastic storage bag. Pour marinade over tenderloins and coat well. Seal bag and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
