Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. 

  3. In another small bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, vegetable oil, and chopped pecans. Mix until the crumbled topping is well combined. 

  4. Place the pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Brush the cut sides of the pears with the maple syrup mixture. 

  5. Sprinkle the oat crumble mixture evenly over each pear half. 

  6. Roast the pears until the pears are tender and the crumble is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
