Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Lay out the four slices of smoked salmon on a clean work surface.

  2. Spread approximately 1/4 of low-fat cream cheese evenly over each slice of smoked salmon. This cream cheese layer will serve as a creamy and tangy base for your roll-ups.

  3. Layer thinly sliced cucumber on top of the cream cheese.

  4. Follow this with thinly sliced red onion, distributing it evenly over the cucumber layer.

  5. With your toppings in place, gently roll up each slice of smoked salmon, starting from one end and rolling toward the other. These roll-ups should hold together nicely with the cream cheese acting as a glue.

  6. Once you've rolled all the slices, you can secure them with toothpicks if you wish or simply place them seam-side down on a serving platter. Sprinkle generously with fresh dill.
