Layer thinly sliced cucumber on top of the cream cheese.
Follow this with thinly sliced red onion, distributing it evenly over the cucumber layer.
With your toppings in place, gently roll up each slice of smoked salmon, starting from one end and rolling toward the other. These roll-ups should hold together nicely with the cream cheese acting as a glue.
