Delicious with a few tweaks

We count macros - Protein Fats and Carbs.... So I was able to DOUBLE the sauce = I doubled everything on the sauce and added 6 TBS of freshly graded Parm Cheese instead of 2.

*** I marinated the COD in lemon, crushed garlic, salt pepper and a little parsley for 24 hours. When I transferred them to the cooking dish, I took a towel and soaked the Marinated water out but left all the crushed garlic and seasoning on it, basically just put it straight onto the towel from the marinating dish, squeeze it to get out the access water and then place onto the cooking plate.

I placed each two pieces into a nice cooking dish, topped with sauce and had small red broiled potatoes and steamed broccoli medley on the side - came out fantastic! I also baked at 450 instead of broiling, cooking the inside a little more.

My honey loved it ! Definitely goes into our cooking book.

Broiled cod

Made per the instructions, nothing omitted, nothing added. Very good. I will make again.

Not recommended

I did not like this recipe at all. It had absolutely no flavor even though I could tell from the ingredient list that it was lacking. I even added dill but it was just unimpressive. Taking it off my save list.
No, I don’t recommend
