This was an easy dish to cook! The flavors and aroma while preparing was almost as good as the dish itself. I decided to add fresh mango chunks since I love mango salsa! I can't do spicy these days so I didn't add jalapeno to the salsa. While pan searing the cod, I added fresh lime juice to enhance the flavor!!

I wish I could share the photos I took of the dish!!!! It was....AMAZING!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DISH!!
