In a small bowl, combine the low-fat ricotta cheese, parsley, basil, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.

In another small bowl, toss the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dried oregano.
Spread an even layer of the herbed ricotta mixture over each slice of toast. Top each with a portion of the marinated cherry tomatoes.
