This is a great summer recipe for the grill. Pair salmon with a side of rice pilaf and grilled asparagus or summer squash.
Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill.
Whisk together all ingredients, excluding the salmon, in a medium sized bowl.
Pour marinade over the salmon, making sure to coat both sides. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove salmon from the marinade. Grill fillets 4-6 minutes on each side and discard any leftover marinade.
