The mixture seemed a bit dry so I added a 2nd banana. I also added a modest amount of semi-sweet chocolate chips. They are so moist and fresh tasting. My husband is the diabetic & he loves them....and what's more awesome, so do I.

Perfect snack! My husband does not like bananas, so I added a handful of chocolate chips instead. Satisfies my sweet tooth and curbs the hunger until my next meal! Prefer to eat them right out of the fridge/freezer!
