What would be the nutritional difference to use dried cranberries instead of cherries?

Yummy. I just may be getting my husband on board to eating healthier. So much better than grabbing a bag of chips or cookies for that crunchy somewhat sweet snack.

The mix is very good, a batch portioned off into 1/3 servings makes part of my breakfast for 5 days, if I want some for a snack then I make 2 batches.
The 2nd time I ran out of almonds so I used cashews.
