Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Chop the chives and add to a small bowl along with the goat cheese. Stir to combine.
  3. Carefully slice (using a mandolin if you have one) the radishes into ⅛ thick rounds.
  4. Divide the cheese mixture between the four slices of bread. Top with sliced radishes and extra chopped chives, and salt and pepper, if needed.

Recommended

One of the greatest thoughts I have ever had. I toast the bread and add low fat cream cheese on my toast because I wasn't able to get the store for goats cheese and I'm not sure I will like that cheese or not because I have never had it but I do plan to try it and see If I like it. Great way to use my radishes up before they go bad.
