How to Make Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan
Asparagus is one of the first green veggies to start popping up in early spring. Here is a simple recipe that lets those spears shine! They’re seasoned with pepper and lemon zest, then finished with fresh lemon juice and a dusting of parmesan

Step-By-Step Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Snap the tough ends off of the asparagus and discard.
In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with the olive oil, pepper and lemon zest.
Place the asparagus on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from the oven, then sprinkle with cheese and lemon juice.
This was delicious with the Garlic Sesame Pork Tenderloin and the Low carb Cauliflower mashed potatoes. I think this would go good with any protein tbh. I love asparagus and lemon parmesan is the perfect way to make it.
