Divide the mixture among four individual dessert dishes. Top each dish with a portion of strawberries and sprinkle with some of the graham cracker crumbs.
I followed instructions but did question if it is just the zest of the lemon that is used. It doesn't taste like cheesecake but it is good. I added vanilla and used stevia in place of honey. I will make it again as it is very simple and takes care of a sweet craving.

I really enjoyed this recipe It's got a good flavor and I think it will be versatile with different berries, or even in the fall, with a chopped apple and more cinnamon. The only thing I changed when I made it was to add a splash of vanilla extract to the cheese mixture.
