Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Place potatoes in a bowl and add oil; toss to coat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

I love this idea, but I prefer sweet potatoes with salt, pepper, and herbs over cinnamon and sugary flavors, so will try it that way.

These are delicious! I did use regular brown sugar as the Splenda version is expensive, and I do not like the taste of it. I would actually like them to be a little more crispy on the outside, but that will not keep me from making this recipe again.

This recipe is also easy to adjust for fewer servings.

These are great! So easy to make. My husband loves them and wants me to make them again. Oh, you also don't have to be diabetic to enjoy these fries!
