This classic salad is a showstopper! It’s easy to pull together and a great way to use those juicy summer tomatoes you picked up at the farmer’s market. If you are lucky enough to find a basket of colorful heirloom tomatoes, they really brighten the plate!

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Thinly slice tomatoes.

  2. On four small plates, layer the salad by placing tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella in an alternating pattern.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Drizzle 1 tsp premade balsamic glaze on the tomatoes.
