Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with cooking spray.

  2. Take a head of cauliflower and cut it into small florets. In a large mixing bowl, toss these cauliflower florets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust according to your spice preference).

  4. Sprinkle this spice mixture over the cauliflower and toss to ensure the florets are well coated with these flavorful seasonings.

  5. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for around 20–25 minutes, or until the florets become tender and slightly crispy. Be sure to stir or shake the pan occasionally to ensure even cooking.

  7. Once the "popcorn” reaches your desired level of crispiness, remove it from the oven.
