Pomegranate seeds add a juicy sweet bite to this salad. They go well with the blue cheese and pistachios. This colorful salad will be a nice addition to your holiday meal.
In a small bowl, whisk together the walnut oil, vinegar, lemon juice, chives, honey and salt and pepper to make the dressing. Set aside.
For the salad, divide the greens among 6 serving plates. Sprinkle the greens with the pomegranate seeds, blue cheese, and pistachios. Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
