Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Put the cinnamon, banana, and 1 cup of yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 4 wine or parfait glasses.

  2. Top each with ½ cup of sliced strawberries, ¼ cup of the remaining yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of the cereal. Garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.

Recommended

This is my go-to breakfast. It makes a huge difference to double the banana. Really good. (We cut everything in half and make this for two people - but use the whole banana.)
Also, we use a super plain immersion blender that you can put into a plastic cup. Makes clean up a lot easier than a regular blender.
