Gone are the days of giving up some of our favorite foods! This breakfast sausage is full-flavored, thanks to the ground turkey and lots of spices. Breakfast can, once again, become your favorite meal of the day!

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 

  2. Divide mixture into 28 serving and shape mixture into 2-inch patties.

  3. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, cook patties 3-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in center. Ensure patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve immediately.

The chicken sausages were simple to make. I will put more seasoning in it next time. We actually put them on Sandwich Thins for lunch. Definitely making these again.

i thought these were pretty good; much better than store-bought and I like that I can adjust the spices. After reading the reviews I decided to cut the recipe in half in case I didn't like. But I will be making the other half. Thank you for a tasty and affordable alternative to store-bought turkey sausage.

We love these. I cook all of them, eat some and divide others into 5 small bags for freezing. There’s only 2 of us so freezing is the best option.
He has thawed 2 bags at once to make egg and sausage omelets.

Followed the recipe to the letter.
Texture was very firm and rubber-like.
Additionally, the fennel flavor was too strong.
Hate to waste food but they were inedible.
