Waste of time

A recipe that makes 14 servings?? Really?? Is this for a small cafe menu? It certainly isn't for someONE trying to eat A breakfast. How to cut this huge recipe down for a SINGLE person and not have to freeze leftovers for 13 more days? This SO Stupid that it's unbelievable. Then servking size is TWO pttie. Then why have recipe call to make small patties instead the size for a single serving?
No, I don’t recommend

The chicken sausages were simple to make. I will put more seasoning in it next time. We actually put them on Sandwich Thins for lunch. Definitely making these again.

i thought these were pretty good; much better than store-bought and I like that I can adjust the spices. After reading the reviews I decided to cut the recipe in half in case I didn't like. But I will be making the other half. Thank you for a tasty and affordable alternative to store-bought turkey sausage.

We love these. I cook all of them, eat some and divide others into 5 small bags for freezing. There’s only 2 of us so freezing is the best option.
He has thawed 2 bags at once to make egg and sausage omelets.
