Easy and tasty

I'm a pretty bad cook so I figured I couldn't go wrong mixing some ingredients together in a bowl. This was simple to make and tasty. The texture is very mushy so I can see it being hard to eat sometimes with texture sensitivities. But the pecans (which I forgot) would help. I can't have Splenda so I substituted 1:1 for Stevia which I found a bit too sweet. It had a pumpkin pie smell and flavor. Over all it's a solid recipe, I'll be making this again.
