Frittatas are great breakfast options that can be cooked in bulk so that you can make several servings and spread them out throughout the week.
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook for 3 minutes or until beginning to brown, stirring occasionally.
Pour the egg substitute evenly over the sausage and cook for 1 minute. Do not stir. Then, gently lift to allow the uncooked egg to flow under. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle the cheese, green onions, tomatoes, and basil evenly over all.
