Pour the egg substitute evenly over the sausage and cook 1 minute. Do not stir. Then, gently lift to allow uncooked egg to flow under. Remove from heat.

Recommended

The instructions don't mention that it takes a while to have the eggs cook in the pan. I just says cook for 1 minute. If I make this again I will stir until the eggs are mostly cooked, other wise the bottom of the frittata burns.
