Cómo hacer Bocados de Avena, Banana y Mantequilla de maní
Estos bocados complacientes altos en fibra constituyen un estupendo bocadillo o desayuno rápido. ¡Puedes congelar un par de bocados en una bolsa plástica del tamaño de bocadillo para un desayuno para llevar!

Instrucciones paso a paso:
Precalienta el horno a 350°F (177°C). Cubrir una charola con papel encerado.
En un tazón mediano, mezcla la mantequilla de maní, banana, huevo, vainilla y mezcla de azúcar morena Splenda.
En un tazón pequeño mezcla la avena, bicarbonato de sodio y sal. Añadir las semillas de linaza molidas.
Añadir la mezcla de avena a la mezcla de mantequilla de maní y mezcla bien.
Echa la mezcla en bolas de 1 Cda. y colocarla sobre una charola. Hornea por 10-12 minutos. Enfría en un estante de alambre.
I stumbled onto this recipe a couple years ago. It has been a favorite snack since the first time I made them. Like other reviewers I like them a lot. I often have more than two or three and they do not spike my glucose.
For variety, I sometimes add sugar free chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts. I have to hide them from my kids because they like them as well.

These were great. I used 2 bananas, 1 frozen one may have been enough, more to come next time on that.Plenty moist for me. I used almond four since I didn't have the flax. Added 1/8 cup mini chocolate chips. Yumm. I will definitely use this recipe again.

These are suprisingly good! I also added 2 bananas since they were small, and a few chocolate chips
