My family loved this. I didn't have the marinara sauce so I substituted Crushed tomatoes and added some extra seasonings. My kids are calling it "rice lasagna."

Have made this a few times. Very good. Normally, I don't like dishes with cooked peppers in them, but I can enjoy this. Also, I freeze leftovers so hubby (the diabetic) can take portions for lunch. It freezes well.

Normally he doesn't like my cooking. I do the baking while he does the cooking. He really enjoyed this recipe. He actually had two servings. No ingredients were omitted. The instructions were clear and concise. I definitely will make this again.
