Instrucciones paso a paso:

  1. En un tazón mediano, combine el pollo, el apio, las cebollas verdes, la manzana y las nueces.

  2. En un tazón pequeño, mezcle la mayonesa, el yogur, el jugo de limón y la pimienta. Vierta sobre la mezcla de pollo y revuelva suavemente para cubrirla.

  3. Sirva la ensalada sobre las hojas de lechuga, pan o galletas que prefiera.

This is delicious, I use to buy the store bought chicken salad but from now on I'm going to be making this one. Just looked at the reviews before I made it and added the dill, I think that's all it needed. I was going to put it in a sandwich but decided to put it on a bed of salad. Wow it reminds me of the chicken salad sandwich at Panera, definitely saving this recipe

My mother is a diabetic that survived a stroke 5 months ago. I do lots of research to find recipes to make our food tasty so she knows food can still be enjoyable while eating healthy. I fortunately have always chosen a healthy lifestyle so it’s been fun to find tasty recipes she and I can enjoy together.
