Cómo hacer Receta económica de una sartén de pollo con salchichas y coles

Esta receta económica se prepara rápidamente para una cena entre semana, con los sabores del otoño provenientes de las manzanas, las cebollas y la col rallada.

Instrucciones paso a paso:

  1. En una sartén grande, a fuego medio-alto, añade aceite y una cantidad generosa de aceite en aerosol.
  2. Saltea las salchichas hasta que empiecen a dorarse. Retíralo de la sartén y reserva.
  3. Añadir las manzanas, la cebolla y la col a la sartén y saltear durante 8-10 minutos o hasta que la col esté blanda y empiece a dorarse ligeramente.
  4. Vuelve a añadir la salchicha a la sartén y el resto de los ingredientes. Saltea hasta que el líquido se reduzca.

Delicious! AND, so nice to be able to eat a lot and not feel guilty! Is definitely on our list to make again.
It is good on its own though I would definitely add about 1/4 tsp of salt and use fresh cracked pepper. It will make the difference.

Now, as is normal for me, I tweaked it. Here's what I did/added.

1. I used beef, beer brats - cut them into coins and sauteed them.
2. I added one medium Yukon Gold potato, sliced
3. I added 1 packet Trader Joe's Chicken Broth. I did not add water
4. I added about 1/3 tsp of Trader Joe's Mushroom & Company Umami seasoning

Oh so good!!! So German and so fall! Enjoy!

This was pretty easy to make. It cooked quickly and was flavorful and delicious. I will definitely make this again.
