Instrucciones paso a paso:
Combina el caldo, el pollo, los frijoles, el pimiento, el chile en polvo y el comino en una cacerola grande. Lleva a ebullición, reduce el fuego y cocina a fuego lento, tapado, 10 minutos o hasta que el pimiento esté tierno. Retira la cacerola del fuego.
Combina los tomates picados, el aguacate, el cebollino, el cilantro, el aceite y la sal, y coloca cantidades iguales sobre cada porción de sopa. Sirve con los gajos de lima.

This soup was easy and fast to make and taste delicious, I just added some pepper jack cheese after it was done. It's a quick meal to make the family when you're in a hurry to eat dinner.

This is the first recipe I got over a year ago and it’s still our favorite!
The topping gives a tangy contrast to the soup. It is easy to make. I usually double the recipe so that we have leftovers. I do leave out the cilantro (I’m one of the 50% that tastes soap).
